Booking and Scheduling
1. How do I book a room for my Rental? (this includes all event , class and treatment room bookings)
Email us at holler@estrellacollective.com or carol@estrellacollective.com
How This System Works in Practice
Teachers decide whether they want a recurring class or a pop-up class. Monthly bookings are also a possibility . Carol will handle the bookings and payments. All classes whether weekly, monthly or pop up are to be paid upon booking.
Payments are made via Venmo, Zelle or processed through Mindbody. An alternate option is that Carol, our assistant, will use your card on file or take your card details and add it to your MBO profile.
Students sign up for classes via Mindbody , the classes will be marked as “students can attend this class for free”, with payment collected by teachers before class.
2. Can I book a recurring time slot?
Yes, if you teach regularly (e.g., the same day/time each week), we recommend purchasing a monthly plan to secure your preferred time slots for the entire month. You can book your slots in advance using your plan. Existing teachers from EC get first dibs.
3. What happens if my desired time slot is already booked?
Availability is first-come, first-served. If a time slot is booked, you can check for other open slots or adjust your schedule.
4. Can I book a block of time, but only use part of it?
No, bookings are hourly or per pop-up class. If you need flexibility, consider selecting hourly rentals or multiple smaller blocks instead of an entire 3-hour rental.
Payment and Pricing
5. Do I have to pay at the time of booking?
